I use Care First whenever my dog needs extensive testing (an ultrasound, for instance). They have the equipment on site so they are the most flexible for scheduling.

Twice weekly, our doctors meet for rounds to discuss complicated cases so that when needed, we have not just a second opinion, but a panel of veterinarians to help solve mystery cases.
